 नमस्कार दोस्तो स्वागत हे आप सबका cryptokiduniya मे भारत के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने विडियो के जरिए द सिडनी डायलॉग कार्यक्रम को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा हे कि 

• भारत बदलाव के उस समय में हे जो एक युग में एक बार होता है। 
• डिजिटल युग हमारे आसपास सब कुछ बदल रहा है, इसने राजनीति, अर्थव्यवस्था और समाज को फिर से परिभाषित किया है। 
• यह साम्राज्य, शासन, नैतिकता, कानून, अधिकारों और सुरक्षा पर नए सवाल उठा रहा है।
• यह अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिता, शक्ति और लीडरशीप को नया रूप दे रहा है। 
• इसने आगे बढ़ना और सफलता के अवसरों के लिए एक नए युग की शुरुआत की है, लेकिन भारत समुद्र के तल से लेकर साइबर से लेकर अंतरिक्ष तक विभिन खतरों में नए संकट और संघर्षों के नए रूपों का भी सामना करता हैं। 
• टेकनोलजी पहले से ही दूनिया भर की प्रतियोगिता का एक बहुत बड़ा साधन बन गई है और भविष्य की अंतर्राष्ट्रीय व्यवस्था को आकार देने की टेकनोलजी और डेटा नए हथियार बन रहे हैं, लोकतंत्र की सबसे बड़ी ताकत खुलापन है, हमें कुछ निहित स्वार्थों को इस खुलेपन का दुरुपयोग नहीं करने देना चाहिए।

1. पहला, भारत मे 1.3 बिलियन से अधिक भारतीयों की एक अनोखी डिजिटल पहचान है। हम छह लाख गांवों को ब्रॉडबैंड से जोड़ने के रास्ते पर हैं। भारत  दुनिया की सबसे कुशल भुगतान इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर यूपीआई का निर्माण किया है।  80 करोड़ से ज्यादा भारतीय इंटरनेट का इस्तेमाल करते हैं, 75 करोड़ लोग स्मार्टफोन का इस्तेमाल करते हैं।  भारत  प्रति व्यक्ति डेटा के सबसे बड़े उपभोक्ताओं में से एक हैं और दुनिया में सबसे सस्ते डेटा में से एक हैं। 
2.  दूसरा, भारत  शासन, समावेश, सशक्तिकरण, कनेक्टिविटी, लाभ वितरण और कल्याण के लिए डिजिटल टेकनोलजी का उपयोग करके लोगों के जीवन को बदल रहे हैं, सभी ने भारत के वित्तीय समावेशन, बैंकिंग और डिजिटल भुगतान क्रांति के बारे में सुना है।  हाल ही में भारत ने आरोग्य सेतु और  कोविन प्लेटफॉर्म का उपयोग करके भारत में टीकों को 1.1 बिलियन से अधिक खुराक देने के लिए टेकनोलजी का उपयोग किया है, भारत अपने अरबों से भी ज्यादा लोगों के लिए सस्ती और  स्वास्थ्य सेवा के लिए एक राष्ट्रीय डिजिटल स्वास्थ्य मिशन भी बना रहे हैं।  भारत  एक राष्ट्र, एक कार्ड देश में कहीं भी करोड़ों श्रमिकों को लाभ पहुंचाएगा।
3.  तीसरा, भारत में दुनिया का तीसरा सबसे बड़ा और सबसे तेजी से बढ़ने वाला स्टार्टअप इको-सिस्टम है, अब हर कुछ हफ्तों में नए यूनिकॉर्न सामने आ रहे हैं।  वे स्वास्थ्य और शिक्षा से लेकर राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा तक हर चीज का समाधान प्रदान कर रहे हैं।
4. चौथा, भारत के उद्योग और सेवा क्षेत्र, यहां तक ​​कि कृषि, बड़े पैमाने पर डिजिटल बदलाव के दौर से गुजर रहे हैं, भारत स्वच्छ ऊर्जा बदलाव, संसाधनों के बदलाव और जैव विविधता के बचाव के लिए डिजिटल तकनीक का भी उपयोग कर रहे हैं।

• The digital age is changing everything around us, it has redefined politics, economy and society.
•  It is raising new questions on empire, governance, morality, law, rights and security.
• It is reshaping international competition, power and leadership.
• This has ushered in a new era for growth and opportunities for success, but India also faces new crises and new forms of conflicts in various threats ranging from sea-bed to cyber to space 
• Technology has already become a great tool of competition all over the world and technology and data are becoming the new weapons to shape the future international order, the biggest strength of democracy is openness, we need some vested interests to use this openness must not be misused.

 As a democracy and a digital leader, India is ready to work with partners for shared success and security. The digital revolution is in the scale of Indian democracy and the Indian economy, driven by the business and innovation of Indian youth.

 Five important changes are happening in India,

 1. First, over 1.3 billion Indians in India have a unique digital identity.  We are on the way to connect six lakh villages with broadband.  India has built the world's most efficient payment infrastructure UPI.  More than 800 million Indians use the Internet, 750 million people use smartphones.  India is one of the largest consumers of data per capita and one of the cheapest data in the world.

 2. Second, India is transforming people's lives using digital technology for governance, inclusion, empowerment, connectivity, benefit distribution and well-being. Everyone has heard about India's financial inclusion, banking and digital payments revolution.  Recently, India has used technology to deliver more than 1.1 billion doses of vaccines in India using the Aarogya Setu and the Cowin platform, making India a national digital health facility for its billions of people, affordable.  Missions are also being made India One Nation One Card will benefit crores of workers anywhere in the country.

 3.Third, India has the world's third largest and fastest growing startup eco-system, with new unicorns popping up every few weeks now.  They are providing solutions for everything from health and education to national security.

4. Fourth, India's industry and service sector, even agriculture, is undergoing a massive digital transformation, India is also using digital technology to drive a clean energy transition, resource transformation, and biodiversity conservation.

 5.Fifth, a major effort to make India future-ready, is investing in developing indigenous capabilities in telecom technologies like 5G and 6G.  India is one of the leading countries in artificial intelligence and machine learning, especially in human-centred and ethical use of artificial intelligence. India is developing strong capabilities in cloud platforms and cloud computing.  Democracy requires that it simultaneously invest in research and development in future technologies to deepen intelligence and operational cooperation on cyber security, develop reliable manufacturing bases and reliable supply chains to protect critical information infrastructure work together for  Developing technical and governance standards and norms in line with democratic values ​​to prevent manipulation of public opinion and to create standards, norms for data governance and cross-border flows that protect and secure data.  It should also recognize the national rights and, at the same time, promote trade, investment and take good crypto-currency or bitcoin to the public at large for example it is important that all democratic nations work together on this and ensure that it doesn't end up in the wrong hands, which can spoil our youth.
