She said yet there is no intention to ban all cryptocurrency b ut there is a need to regulate and she also said that we have not yet made any discussion to ban the cryptocurrency advertisement, all the things is discussed once it is to be passed by cabinet then it will present in lok sabha then we will discussed what to do (not to ban or come up with some regulation).  RBI ,Goverment and SEBI  is taken steps to aware the youth about the risk associated with cryptocurrency . Today 29 November 2021 winter session started in which crypto is also addressed. Our Union Finance minister Nirmala Sitaraman on Monday in parliament reply on question is that the government does not collect any data on bitcoin transaction ,it is also said that there  no proposal to consider the bitcoin as a currency. Currently there is no regulation or ban in crypto currency in India but according to lok sabha website they seeks to prohibit all private crypto currency with certain exception to promote the underlying technology and it's uses.  Rbi  has strong opinion from the begining to ban all crypto currency and come with goverment owned digital currency (CBDC) .But prime minister in recently meeting said they need to regulate it .so these kind of contradiction is always existed so we have to wait and watch clear clarification from goverment side.   In winter session Crypto ban or not? winter session  started from 29 november ,in this session goverment table the bill on which they  discuss from all those resolution ,but amongst hot resolution in that time on we which public want clarification is crypto bill ,because some broadcasting channel tells that it would complete ban but this statement is not come from goverment side .Goverment said in last couple of days they want to regulate it.  But there is contradiction on definition of private cryptocurrency because goverment state in previous year private crypto is all crypto which is not owned by goverment or state but on the other hand digital definition state all currency which is not  run on any blockchain termed as private crypto . El Salvador planned to built first bitcoin  city which will be initially fund by bitcoin backed fund bond  .  In  recent Saturday live interaction with public ,the president of el salvador nayib bukele said inspite of public burnt atm ,el salvador is planned to become world first bitcoin city.
