 In winter session Crypto ban or not?

winter session  started from 29 november ,in this session goverment table the bill on which they  discuss from all those resolution ,but amongst hot resolution in that time on we which public want clarification is crypto bill ,because some broadcasting channel tells that it would complete ban but this statement is not come from goverment side .Goverment said in last couple of days they want to regulate it.

 But there is contradiction on definition of private cryptocurrency because goverment state in previous year private crypto is all crypto which is not owned by goverment or state but on the other hand digital definition state all currency which is not  run on any blockchain termed as private crypto . So wait and watch what goverment  said in this session because this bill copy paste of February bill.
